At Fuji Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear in original, unused condition. Our goal is to ensure you have the perfect equipment for your cycling journey with a transparent and efficient exchange process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Fuji

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that large bicycle shipments may require a scheduled freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
