All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty protective boxes. We recommend professional assembly at a local bike shop to ensure your warranty remains valid and components are tuned correctly.
What is the warranty policy on Fuji frames?
Fuji offers a limited lifetime warranty on the majority of our frames against manufacturing defects. Specific components and suspension parts are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Can I return my bike if it's not the right fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees apply and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
How do I determine the correct frame size for me?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
